About
I build media products in
combat sports at the intersection
of content, live events, and growth.
My background combines combat sports expertise, hands-on production execution, product thinking, analytics, and partner value design. I specialize in turning fight events into repeatable media products that generate views, followers, and long-term commercial value.
I also built the sponsorship monetization model around this audience — packaging the media value, negotiating partner deals, and renewing and growing it over time, reaching seven-figure annual partner revenue.
A key part of that growth came from working directly with the
footage myself. By editing a large share of the content hands-on during the core growth phase, I developed a practical understanding of audience response that shaped not only the videos themselves, but also the formats, event design, and production logic behind them.

CONTENT-DRIVEN EVENT SYSTEMS
Content-Driven Event Systems
I developed a content-driven event system for combat sports where events were not treated as isolated live productions, but as media engines built for social distribution.
Instead of producing tournaments first and only then extracting content from them, the entire structure was designed around capturing a large volume of high-quality fight and atmosphere footage that could later be edited into repeatable media products.

1. Events Designed
for Content
Every event was conceived and executed with content production as a primary goal — from environment and atmosphere to camera logic, fight structure, and visual dynamics.
2. One Event, Hundreds of Assets
A single event could generate a large volume of usable material that was later turned into hundreds of videos across multiple formats, helping sustain distribution over weeks and months.
3. Social-First
Capture
Unlike traditional leagues focused mainly on broadcast or basic camera coverage, our system prioritized social-native capture — including iPhone-based filming designed specifically for short-form platforms.
4. Growth Without
Big Names
Because the model relied on strong content, repeatable formats, and high social compatibility, it was able to generate virality and audience growth without depending on famous fighters or expensive star talent.
This system made it possible to build one of the fastest-growing combat sports media businesses in the world. Over 22 months, it helped drive more than 2B views, more than 4.1M followers, and monthly peaks of 170–200M views — not through one-off spikes, but through a repeatable production and distribution model built for social media.
I also worked directly with the footage myself, editing a large share of the output during the core growth phase. That hands-on feedback loop helped shape not only the final videos, but also the formats, event architecture, and production logic behind the system itself.

What I Led
My role extended far beyond content production. I led the systems, decisions, and execution layers that connected live events, media output, audience growth, and partner value into one operating model.
Content Strategy & Editing
Led the content strategy behind the league’s growth while also editing a large share of the output during the core growth phase. Direct work with footage helped shape formats, packaging, and long-term distribution logic.
Format Development
Developed and refined repeatable fight and media formats designed for social platforms, audience retention, and scalable output across different content types.
Sponsor Value Design
Designed and built sponsor value systems through content formats, event branding logic, integration planning, and media structures built for long-tail visibility and measurable exposure.
Partner Reporting & Performance Communication
Translated media performance into structured partner-facing reporting, using analytics, narrative framing, and results interpretation to communicate real business value.
Production Systems
Built the production logic behind the content engine — from capture priorities and coverage density to workflows that turned a single event into months of distributed media output.
Live Event Execution
Led on-the-ground execution of events, aligning creative direction, environment, production setup, and fight presentation with content and distribution goals.
Team Training
Trained and guided team members across editing, production logic, and quality expectations, helping build a more scalable and repeatable media operation.
Matchmaking
Built fight cards not only for sporting balance, but for stylistic compatibility, pace, and content value — helping each matchup perform both live and in media.
Case Studies
Case Studies
Three examples of how content strategy, format design, and execution translated into scalable media growth.
01
Turning Media Performance into Sponsor Value
I designed sponsor value as part of the media architecture, not as an afterthought attached to live events.
Challenge
In combat sports, sponsor value is often limited by how much brand visibility can realistically appear inside the event environment and the final media output. For a social-driven league, the challenge was to make sponsor branding visible often, naturally, and repeatedly across distributed content.
Approach
I designed the sponsor visibility system through event branding logic, in-frame placement, location setup, and content packaging. The goal was not to force separate ad integrations, but to make sponsor presence a natural part of the visual environment that appeared across fights, atmosphere clips, photos, and social-native videos.
Result
This created a clearer connection between media output, audience reach, and sponsor value — turning the league’s content system into a seven-figure annual sponsorship asset that partners renewed and expanded over time.
02
From Live Events to a Social Content Engine
I redesigned the event model around content production — turning each fight event into a long-tail media asset built for social distribution.
Challenge
Most combat sports promotions treat events as the main product and social media as a secondary output. That limits how much value each event can create after the live production is over.
Approach
I built a content-driven event system where events were designed first and foremost to generate a high volume of social-native footage — fights, atmosphere, crowd energy, and repeatable visual moments. That footage was then turned into multiple video products.
Result
This model transformed single events into weeks and months of media output, helping drive 2B+ views, 4.1M+ followers, and peak monthly runs of 170–200M views.
03
Building New Fight Formats for Social Growth
I developed fight formats that were visually distinct, repeatable, and highly effective for social media growth.
Challenge
In social-first combat sports media, repetition creates fatigue quickly. A format that looks the same every time loses novelty, weakens distribution, and reduces audience excitement.
Approach
I developed and refined formats that could evolve visually while staying structurally repeatable. One of the clearest examples was La Manada — a format built around proximity, atmosphere, flexible environments, and strong visual identity.
Result
This helped reduce audience fatigue, increase visual variety, and create stronger social distribution — supporting follower growth without relying on famous fighters or expensive names.

HOW I WORK
A founder-led system for building social-first combat sports media.
A clear, proven process for turning fight events into months of high-quality social content, audience growth, and real sponsor value. This is the operating logic behind 2B+ views, 4.1M+ followers, and seven-figure sponsorship revenue.
01
Audit & System Design
I analyze your current events, content, social platforms, and sponsorship potential to identify where growth and partner value are being lost.
03
Content Formats & Editing
I build the short-form content system: reels, live clips, round-based content, atmosphere edits, and key formats designed for distribution, retention, and audience growth.
02
Event & Production Setup
I design the capture logic: camera positions, operator direction, social-first shooting priorities, and the structure needed to turn a single event into dozens of high-quality videos across formats.
04
Sponsor Value & Reporting
I turn your audience and content into a commercial asset sponsors can understand, measure, and renew — through built-in brand visibility, measurable reach, clear reporting, and a stronger partner-facing story.
BOUTIQUE, FOUNDER-LED, HANDS-ON
Direct involvement, not a faceless agency
I work with only a small number of promotions at a time. This is not a high-volume agency model — it is direct, founder-led work where I personally lead the strategy, content logic, editing standards, and key creative decisions.
I personally edit the key content and key formats myself, and oversee the additional content to make sure the final output matches the strategy, the audience, and the commercial goals.
